During my recent stay at Kimberley House, I was truly impressed by how the hotel exceeded my high expectations on multiple fronts. The spacious and immaculate room provided a cozy retreat, highlighted by a fantastic hot shower and the delightful provision of complimentary tea, coffee, and hot chocolate-perfect for warming up in the chilly weather. I also appreciated the thoughtful presence of ironing facilities, which ensured that I always looked my best while exploring the beautiful surroundings. The self-service check-in was seamless, thanks to clear communication from Drew, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming when we finally met. The location was another highlight, with charming shops and restaurants just a short walk away, making it easy to immerse myself in the local culture.
